Returns & Refund Policy
For Handmade/Customised Products
Due to the nature of products, handmade products will not be eligible for returns and refunds.
For Other Products (Returns, Refunds and Replacements)
In case you have received a damaged product, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at email@example.com with the images of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced or refund the amount, whichever is preferred.
The refund can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
Changes in your order information
In the event that you have entered an incomplete pin code or an incomplete contact number, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out with it.
