The story goes like this – yesterday for the first time I made a window treat bag inspired by Ashley Newell’s treat bag. I put a chocolate(last one we had in our home) in the treat bag and waited for DH to come home so I could show him. DH came, looked at the treat bag and then lifted his eyes, made the most innocent face ever and said “Can I have that?” (He meant the chocolate 😀 . He loves chocolates to no end). Now who could refuse an innocent face so I said “OK, but let me photograph it for the blog first” and went to fetch my camera. And when I came back, the treat bag was empty and my DH was grinning from ear to ear 🙂
Morale of the story: Take all pictures before showing anything to DH and Never trust DH with chocolates 😀
So here is my {empty} treat bag
Here is how it looks from the back side
Supplies: cardstock: Elle Erre Fabriano!; Papers: Studio Calico (Penmanship) Embellishments:Alpha Stickers from Echo Park, twine
I think they would be really cute to celebrate kid’s birthday at school! You can fill them with candy or chocolates or even some cute little stationary items 🙂
