Hi, I am back again with another card today but before I show you that I just want to thank you for your wonderful response on my previous 2 posts. Its so overwhelming to know that I am appreciated and supported by so many of you out there. And yeah, today I noticed that I crossed 200 posts..WOW…I never thought I’d go that far. Thank you so much!!
Since I got a very positive response on Q&A section, I have decided to continue with it and make it a weekly feature 🙂 So feel free to leave any question(or suggestions or tutorial requests) that you might have about my projects and I will surely come back and answer that.
Alright then, lets get started with the today’s card. Its a delightful one 😀
Supplies: cardstock: Elle Erre Fabriano!; stamps: Maya Road(Geometric Patterns), PTI(Friends ’till the end); ink: Momento(Tuxedo Black, Dandellion) , Ranger’s Distress ink(Shabby Shutters), Unity Stamp Co. (french Lilac), Colorbox Pigment Ink(blue, white);embellishment: Wooden Button(Pie Lane)

I have seen those block put together in this way quite often from other crafters and I really wanted to give a try. The ICR sketch challenge along with sewing was perfect to try them on. Although I struggle a lot with ICR challenges, they seem simple in the beginning but when I actually start to create an entry for it, I almost always black out 🙂 Am glad that I made this in time for the challenge.

I love long cards(9″X4″), there is something elegant about them and this time it perfectly fits the Mark’s finest Paper  Challenge#67 – Anything other than a 41/2″ X 51/4″ card. The card stock blocks are stamped with geometric patterns from Maya Road (Available for purchase with me, please email me if you’d like to order) and tons of stitching 🙂

I hope you like it. Thanks for visiting!
