I have to admit, that when we received your mail regarding the Fedex goof up, I was very livid and annoyed.
However, luckily the gifts were well on time and I have to say that after I saw the level of personalisation and the effort in each gift I was simply amazed.
Our purpose of giving the return gifts was served well above expectations and the kids n their parents loved it.
