So I had been struggling to find time to craft with my home needing cleaning & organizing (being away for 3 months isn’t fun that way), my younger brother visiting, maid being on leave for a couple of days in between, whole lot of laundry waiting to be done and not to forget a 2 month old, very active baby around who wants complete attention when she is awake 🙂
I finally crafted yesterday when she slept and I was so happy to craft after more than 3 months (feels like ages). I desperately needed the “ME” time.

As I was browsing some of my favorite blogs, I saw this weekend challenge: Mini Cards over at Penny Black and I knew it was the kind of start I needed. Nothing too big, just small mini cards 🙂

And here is what I made.

Supplies: cardstock: Elle Erre Fabriano!;  stamps: Penny Black(Hello Friend); inks: Jenni Bowlin (Brown Sugar);

Super fun tag shaped mini cards which can be used for any occasion from Birthday to Christmas.
I used “Hello Friend” PB clear set, lots of watercolors, some stickles and braided yarn string to enhance the home made effect.
I am also entering this to the current Paper Issues Challenge – Tag, You’re it.
See ya around soon (I hope :))
